Owner/General Manager
With over two decades in the construction industry, Ken brings a blend of hands‑on skill and proven leadership to every project. He spent 13 years as a Lead Foreman in the Carpenters Union, where he built his reputation on quality work, dependable leadership, and a belief that strong craftsmanship helps strengthen the communities we live in.
He later joined Kittle Design and Construction as a Project Manager where he spent 10 years guiding major projects and supporting the people and neighborhoods they served.
In 2025, after a decade of dedicated service and a clear vision for the future, he purchased Kittle Design and Construction and stepped into the role of Owner. Today, he leads the company with a focus on integrity, teamwork, and building spaces that make our communities better places to live and work.
